Feeling just tired and burnt out?

KEY THINGS TO CHECK IF YOU OR YOUR TEAM IS FEELING BURNT OUT.

Sabbath

Be sure you are building in time of protected rest weekly. Go out and do something that refreshes you. Get outside in nature, go for a walk, read a book, take a nap, turn off social media and most of all, build in REAL PROTECTED REST weekly.

Get Relational

Talking and hanging out is important. Get out of the church setting and go get a "cuppa" with a fellow teammate. Get to know those around you at a deeper level.

Take A Break

There is nothing wrong with taking a break from serving. Take a 4 week sabbatical to listen to God, get inspired and get refreshed.

Check In

Check in with God, he may be laying something on your heart which could involve some change in your life. Talk with those close to you and share how you're feeling. If you're not serving with the right heart, you could be hurting yourself and others.
